refund policy

all sales are final.  once you purchase a tour, no monetary refunds will be issued for any reason including inclement weather, street closures, or any other issues outside of our control. 

it is advised that you check the weather before starting the tour.  once you begin the tour, you have 24 hours to access and complete it.     

we want you to have an enjoyable experience.  if for some reason you’re unsatisfied with the service, please contact us and we will be happy to issue a store credit.
